Terms of membership

These terms apply when you create a Cindra account. They are a contract, not marketing. If a sentence on the website disagrees with this page, this page wins.

1. What Cindra is

Cindra is a European professional membership where people help people do real work. The feed is chronological. There are no ads, no paid reach, and no ranking by predicted engagement. Money does not buy a louder profile.

2. Who may join

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Cindra is for people, not company accounts as members. You are responsible for what you publish and for the people you contact.

3. 14-day trial

A new account starts with 14 days of full access. During the trial you do not pay. Cancel before the trial ends and you owe nothing. After the trial, membership continues at the price below unless you cancel or Cindra grants a waiver.

Stripe collects a payment method at the start of the trial. Cindra does not store your card number. The first charge happens when the 14-day trial ends, unless you cancel first. Billing is managed in the Stripe customer portal.

4. Price

After the trial, membership is €49 per year (default) or €5 per month. Those amounts are what you pay, including VAT. Yearly billing is the default. The monthly price exists for people who do not want to pay a year at once. Both plans give the same rights.

If you cannot pay, write welcome@cindra.eu. A waiver is silent: same rights, no public label.

5. What membership includes

6. What Cindra does not sell

Cindra does not sell ads, personal data, feed position, or reach. Teams may later buy administration tools. They cannot buy power over people.

7. Your account

Keep your login to yourself. Do not impersonate others, scrape the network, harass people, or use Cindra to run an attention farm. Cindra may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the community promise, after a human look where that is reasonably possible.

8. Withdrawal after the first payment

When Cindra first charges you, you have 14 days to withdraw. Mail welcome@cindra.eu with your account email. You get a full refund of that first payment. You can use this model wording:

I hereby withdraw from the Cindra membership contract. Account email: … Date of first charge (if known): … Name: … Date: …

The trial itself costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund if you leave during the trial. After the first paid period that you keep, later periods are not refunded except where the law requires it. You can cancel future renewals at any time.

9. Cancel

Cancel during the trial, after a charge, or any time later via the product when that control exists, or by mailing welcome@cindra.eu. Cancellation stops the next charge. It does not remove content you already published unless you delete your account.

10. Changes

If the price or these terms change, Cindra will say so at least 60 days ahead. You can leave before the change applies. Cindra will not invent scarcity, countdown clocks, or a worse feed for people who do not upgrade.

11. Liability

Cindra is a network of people, not a guarantee that someone will help you. We keep the service running with reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury where Dutch law forbids it. For the rest, Cindra’s liability in a year is limited to the membership fees you paid in that year.

12. Law

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, your mandatory consumer rights stay in place. The Dutch court that is competent for the trader’s place of business is competent, without taking away a consumer’s right to sue in their own country where the law gives that right.
